Job Description

Job Purpose:

Manage projects, new operational initiatives, and process improvement in alignment with our culture and core values.  Track and effectively communicate the goals, standards, and objectives of the strategic plan and vision of the organization in relation to clinical and medical operations. 

 

Goals and Objectives:

  • Enhance the success of the implementation and monitoring of strategic priorities for the organization
  • Leverage a mix of project management experience, interpersonal and communication skills, process improvement and analytical thinking to coordinate implementation of the strategic plan
  • As an extension of the AllHealth Network Leadership Team, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to garner buy-in and collaboration on organizational strategic priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the COO/CCO, create project plans that are compelling, data driven, and action-oriented to support achievement of strategic priorities
  • Collaborate closely with operations colleagues and executive/senior leadership to build and maintain cross-functional alignment across a variety of Clinical, Medical and Administrative teams
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the clinical business, opportunities, and needs
  • Leverage business understanding using a Lean approach to provide consultative guidance in process improvement and project management
  • Apply change management principles to generate buy-in, maintain alignment, drive accountability and ensure standardized tools and methods are used for initiatives/projects
  • Demonstrate leadership in project management skills to schedule, scope and resource effectively to drive implementation plans with positive, timely positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Use data to drive insights and communicate project progress
  • Influence without authority up, down and across the organization to build trust with all levels
  • Use resources from administrative departments in a collaborative process
  • Attend leadership meetings to gather information and maintain oversight of projects. Provide regular progress reports to the COO/CCO. Coordinate regular, efficient methods of communication with senior leaders.
  • Maintain and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately, legibly, and within established timelines
  • Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
  • Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.

 

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational psychology, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an operations or strategy role. Healthcare or nonprofit experience strongly preferred
  • Lean experience strongly preferred
  • Project management certification or credential strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities and to proactively anticipate needs of the COO
  • Strong verbal and written communication required
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of communication, accuracy and minimal supervision.

 

 

Salary:  $75k - $85k

Conversation: We have almost 200 clinicians working in various programs across our Network—20 of whom are trained in Dr. Brené Brown’s The Daring WayTM to provide powerful conversation with clients who want to live freely and authentically.
Counseling: Our highly skilled providers are trained in the latest, most effective, evidence-based practices with demonstrated outcomes.
Co-Occurring: We offer co-occurring treatment for those dealing with both mental health and addiction.
