Wholesale Distribution Flooring Territory Manager Position
We are seeking an ambitious Regional Territory Manager to call on established accounts in and around Minneapolis, with products in every flooring category and over 100 active accounts. We need a well-organized candidate that is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel and has the ability to recognize opportunities.
The job entails selling displays, inventory and programs to store owners along with training, technical assistance and general account maintenance. The territory includes the Minneapolis side of the Twin Cities and up to St. Cloud and west toward Willmar. A reliable vehicle is required. There will be training provided by both All Tile and the manufacturers. This is a salary plus commission pay structure and includes some expenses. This position is to be filled ASAP.
Candidate Qualifications, Traits and Skills:
· Excellent Written and Verbal Presentation Skills,
· High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Highly developed negotiation and follow-up skills,
· Strong organizational skills,
· Results-oriented and deadline-focused,
· Willingness to travel,
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred,
· Sales Experience is mandatory. Flooring industry experience a plus, and,
· Candidates must have a good driving record.
