All Things HR is searching for a Personal Assistant for a client located in the Issaquah area. This position will be 10 – 20 hours per week for up to 5 months (may be longer). This is primarily a remote position, with one day in the Issaquah location and possible light local travel for errands. $23 to $30 hourly (DOE).
The Personal Assistant will provide administrative support that will range from sorting mail, scanning documents, filing (electronic and paper), logistics, calendar management, travel arrangements, research and gather tax documents, personal errands as needed, etc. Looking for someone that can be flexible with duties, able to multi-task and be results driven.
Are you familiar with David Allen’s Getting Things Done time management methods? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you. The ideal candidate must extremely organized and excel in building organizational systems.
Trustworthy, professional demeanor, well organized, discretion, resourcefulness, strong decision-making skills, and reliability are key considerations. Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and Google docs/sheets. Experience with a CRM and accounting knowledge is a big plus.
