Summit Supply is now seeking full time Inside Sales Reps! Our Inside Sales Representatives focus is great customer service, focusing on the client’s needs. The Inside Sales team also will perform day to day inside sales duties in an efficient and thorough manner; with emphasis on team co-operation, and attention to details.

We are a team-oriented group that has a lot to offer- incentives and bonuses as well as a great range of benefits and coverage.

Strong work ethic (ability to work unsupervised) & Reliability (arriving at work at the appointed time)

Parts selling experience preferred

What will I do?

Provides superior customer service; maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.

Builds relationships and trust with customers through open communication.

Takes ownership of issues that arise and keeps the customer informed of the status of resolution.

Log all interactions with the customers, via email, text, phone or in person.

Maintain records of all client relations.

Manages quotes, quote follow up and customer service to build a repeat customer base.

Responding to web and email submitted quotes requests.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
