All Star Flooring, Inc. is looking for a self-starter sales professional (Account Executive) to join our company. Your role includes strategy to create new sales opportunities in this rapidly growing market, and then closing the deal to make the sale. You will be an integral part of a great team in a growing DC/MD/VA market. Prior experience in flooring, construction trade sale, or similar sales background is desired.
What will you do? Develop and maintain relationships with new and current customers, grow existing customer relationships and conducting outreach to gain new contacts. This sector is experiencing significant growth, so you will be able to quickly meet and exceed sales targets.
If you get along well with all types of people, are well-spoken, a team player that can juggle multiple people and close deals, this is a great opportunity. Key skills include the following up with potential customers, converting contacts to customers, communicating well (quickly and clearly) via all means (in-person, phone, email).
