Call Center Customer Service Representative

All Star Auto Lights (www.allstarautolights.com), the nation’s fastest-growing supplier of OEM and certified aftermarket automotive lights, is looking to expand its phone sales and customer service staff. All Star is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to assist in managing inbound calls from customers looking for Invoice copies, tracking numbers, and general problem solving.
Daily Responsibilities:
· Incoming phone calls from current customers in need of assistance
· Maintain and build upon existing customer relationships
· Handle client invoices
· Interact with the sales team to ensure product sales
· Oversee continued organization of office
· Provide an unparalleled customer service experience
This position will report directly to the Company Sales Manager. All Star has 8 corporate stores across the US and the sales office handles all transactions for the various locations. The position
will also interact daily with the marketing department providing great exposure for growth and expansion for qualified candidates.
Required Skills/Background:
· Strong personality that works well in a team
· At least 3 years of extensive customer service experience
· Known for following through
· Quick thinker. Job is fast-paced and requires prompt decision making
· Ability to successfully add value to a team
· Phone sales experience required
· Understanding of automotive industry and parts (helpful)
· Computer and technology skills are essential and required
· Ability to multi-task
· Teachable, friendly, and willing to help in all needed areas
· Spanish speaking is not essential but would be helpful
· The position is very fast-paced so will need to be able to handle high-intensity volume of calls and workload
