We are looking to hire grill and yard equipment assemblers for retail stores in the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey area.

The position is open to men and women 18 years or older. Experience is preferred. However, we provide a training program for new assemblers instructing them how to assemble the items quickly, efficiently and correctly. The hours are dependent on the volume of work provided by our clients. All assembly takes place inside the retail stores.

The average assembler makes $15-$20 per hour on piecework and the average workday is approximately 8-10 hours long. The more efficient the assembler is the more money is made as the assemblers are paid by the piece.

We provide you with on the job training. During this period, a veteran assembler will train and evaluate your assemblies. Assembly needs to be efficient and correct. For our newest assemblers, this training is as long as two weeks. After training, you will work with a team. The assembly team must complete the clients' order in a day. The trainer will always be available to new assemblers to answer questions.

We assemble all grills, wheelbarrows, patio furniture, tool boxes, riding mowers, snow blowers, as well as other assorted items requested by the client.

We offer part-time and full-time positions. Some weekend hours are available during peak business times.

Requirements and details:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Able to lift 50 lbs grills repeatedly.

  • Must own a cordless drill and basic tools which can be acquired after training

  • Must have access to reliable transportation.

  • Pay is based on piecework.

  • Pay is weekly via direct deposit.
