Job Description

All Roads is searching for a customer focused, detail oriented Service Manager to join our Landover, MD team. This role is responsible for overseeing the service department, controlling costs, creating customer relationships, and setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives. Additionally, they must address the concerns of customers and ensure that all service work is performed efficiently and effectively. Prior automotive and/or heavy duty experience preferred.

  1. Monitor the entire service department’s performance
  2. Continually observe and mentor the Service Writers to enforce good habits, and to ensure "Exceptional Customer Service" at all times
  3. Dispatching service work to technicians
  4. Maintain and build customer relationships
  5. Successfully work with and through both Service Writers and Technicians within the Service Department.
  6. All other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional shop environment. This role uses standard office and automotive equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Monday through Saturday.

Required Education and Experience

  1. High School Diploma or GED required
  2. Valid Driver’s License
  3. At least 2 years of Service Management experience
  4. Must have excellent customer service skills
  5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
