Position Description:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting our clients with exceptional service while understanding the primary needs and assuring their requests are addressed in a timely manner. Our goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for applicants that are able to work the night shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Answer customers’ calls warmly, identify and assess their needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide inside sales assistance to existing/potential customers.
  • Enter the orders received by phone in our CRM system.
  • File Management, scanning invoices, picklists, driver reports. 
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication (by phone and in-person).
  • Assist Sales Representatives with inquires and orders.
  • Greet and filter Reception traffic.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate party.
  • Compile and analyze daily reports.
  • Manage Small Change box (petty cash).
  • Receive and process Drivers’ paperwork, such as signed invoices, cash, checks, etc.
  • Other general office duties as assigned.

Knowledge and experience:

  • 1 year of proven customer support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Order/Data Entry
  • Data Analytics

Skills:

  • Strong Excel knowledge (intermediate use preferred).
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communications skills. Must provide exceptional customer service and display a professional attitude towards customers.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Dependable/Reliable.
