Job Summary:

As a move coordinator you will be responsible for working with customers and other staff members to efficiently define, schedule and coordinate customers' moves. Ultimately responsible for the overall move management to make sure that All American Relocation is doing what is expected by our customer to ensure we are exceeding their expectations. This is an in office position NOT a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities & Duties:

The list is not all-inclusive, and additional duties may be assigned.
  • Talks with customers and schedule appointments for multiple Salespeople. Manage calendars and data entry into multiple Move Management systems.
  • Maintains job folders, reviewing paperwork to ensure all necessary paperwork has been signed and received from the customer.
  • Serves as a liaison between All American Relocation and the customer to assure a constant line of communication is open during the move process and provide the highest level of quality to the relocating customer.
  • Assist management in solving any active move related issues you may be involved with.
  • Support and assist sales staff as needed.
  • Orders and schedules third party services needed from the proper vendors.
  • Enters confirmed orders into our Move Management system making sure that all necessary information is included so that Operations can provide the proper services needed to complete our customer's move.
  • Communicates with all parties involved in the move process to make sure they are prepared to do their part at the appropriate time in the process.
  • Works well in an in office team setting.
  • Work cross-functionally with other team members to handle client requests, channel customers' feedback, and enhance service processes to address customer issues and better meet their requirements.
