SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Sales Representative (SR) is responsible of a territory on the sales team. This position will support requests from another department that are assigned to the sales team. SR will assist the coordination of requests for the sales region. He/she will use CPR+, Microsoft Office platform and other resources, as necessary, to resolve the needs of the sales team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identify new physicians’ necessities, personnel orientation and notify pharmacy protocols.
• Funnel Sales inquiries and complains.
• Help Maintain Physicians profiles updated.
• Provide physicians and patients on status daily.
• Manage physicians’ inquiries, missing documents and scripts with 0 refills, among others.
• Maintain open communication channel between sales rep and case management teams.
• Participate in Physician conventions during the year.
• Manage audit referrals from the Pharmacy in order to comply with the audit date.
• Manage weekly pending
• Work sales force special projects, including support to the case management team.
• Make telephonic sales calls to some Physicians
• Develop and maintain assigned territory.
• Continuously focus on new opportunities in the SP market.

Minimun requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year working in a specialty pharmacy
• CPR+ Platform Experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of PBM clinical operations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Internet experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively (read, speak, and write) in English and Spanish.
• Attention to detail; organizational skills; interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in pharmacy and / or healthcare preferred
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Pharmacy Technician with all the licenses available
• CPR+ Pharmacy Platform knowledge is desire
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Specialty Pharmacy
