Job Description:
We are looking to hire a Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP). 40 hours/week. This person will provide addiction recovery counseling and run recovery groups with forensic and civil patients at Eleanor Slater Hospital, Adult Psychiatric Services. The LCDP role is focused on addiction assessment, treatment, recovery education, abstinence maintenance planning and relapse prevention. The LCDP will assist with discharge readiness and preparing the patients for community living, resource utilization and relapse prevention.

Must Certified: LCDP
Pay Rate: $44.50
