Job Description

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and versatile Social Media Manager with
experience in managing all social media outputs required for e-commerce success to
join our Marketing Department on a full-time basis.
This position will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:


● Develop and execute social media campaigns and strategies with measurable
results;
● A primary point of contact, proactively managing daily posting and strategy and
maintain high-level activities on Twitter, Facebook, Facebook Shop, Instagram,
Instagram Shop, Pinterest, YouTube, Shoploop, and TikTok on behalf of the
brand;
● Oversee day-to-day management of all SM pages and initiatives, and ensure
brand consistency and a high level of engagement for all channels;
● Scale brand and company awareness through various social media channels,
initiatives, influencer partnerships, and promotions;
● Ensure that branded assets such as PR exposure, company/product awards,
branded content such as blogs, and promotional offers/sales are amplified and
shared appropriately according to via social media channels;
● Develop and present thoughtful, clearly outlined SM strategies quarterly tailored
to each platform in the form of a detailed editorial calendar;
● Manage the brand’s influencer program, seeking both paid and in-kind
partnerships that drive e-commerce and social media engagement aligning with
the brand’s marketing goals;
● Facilitate a secure and highly organized cloud storage folder containing all user
generated content for the purpose of future repurposing;

● Utilize metrics and analytics to monitor traffic, sales, and trends across social
media using Hootsuite, native social platforms, and other resources for tracking;
● Monitor and research what industry leaders are doing in social media to keep our
brand on the cutting edge of technology and trends.

Requirements:

● 3+ years of social media management experience in e-commerce (or at an
agency for an e-commerce client) is a must;
● Experience working within the home goods and/or soft goods category is a plus;
● An extensive portfolio and proven track record of successful social media
initiatives and projects is a must;
● Has an eye for design, extremely creative, and out-of-the-box thinker
● Superior understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter
TikTok, Shoploop, and other social media platforms
● Understanding of video production and editing for the digital and social platforms
● Experience producing digital content with programs like Canva, Adobe Creative
Cloud, and others
● Passionate about pop culture, influencers, celebrities, music, art, and more
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational
skills
● Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple assignments
simultaneously
● Superior proficiency in English and understanding of US consumer mindset;
● Bachelor's degree or Masters in Marketing/Advertising/Communications, or
equivalent experience in a related field.
