The Inside Sales Coordinator primary role is to capture and create new sales opportunities for Unique Indoor Comfort. They will manage and track inbound and outbound sales leads, support and guide the Sales Team, analyze and strategize sales initiatives, and assist the Marketing and Customer Experience Teams.

The Inside Sales Coordinator role is in the office and typically works 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday during our business hours of 7a – 7p with negotiable start and end times. This role will be required to work a 10:30a – 7:30p shift once a week and work overtime one predetermined Saturday per month.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound and outbound sales lead opportunities to reach monthly goal leads.
  • Follow-up on all inbound lead and new service customer opportunities from various sources.
  • Track lost opportunities and develop continuous improvement initiatives to retain and secure future sales.
  • Develop and analyze sales reports and attend sales department meetings.
  • Evaluate and manage Sale’s Team effectiveness by managing sale’s inquiries, team skill sets, and schedules.
  • Assist with the development, monitoring, and analysis of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Communicate and Correspond with Customers to provide high quality customer service via phone and e-mail.
  • Provide pre-sale support and manage new service opportunities.
  • Assist Customer Experience Team with inbound calls, emailing, and service scheduling.
  • Serve as sales contact for service appointments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/ GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ year(s) working in an office environment required.
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience required.
  • Experience using CRM software required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Customer Service, Collaboration, Multitasking, Time Management, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Goal-Oriented, Change Management, Organization, Detail-Oriented, Active Listening, Written, and Verbal Communication skills required.
  • Must maintain a high degree of professionalism and be customer-oriented during all internal and external interactions as a positive representative of Unique Indoor Comfort.
  • Must be willing to learn about the products and services that Unique Indoor Comfort has to offer.

Compensation Structure:

  • This position will receive a set hourly wage with monthly lead goal and new service customer incentives.
  • Opportunities for overtime once a month will also be provided.
