Alexandria Insights is currently seeking Software Developers (entry thru senior) to support multiple Navy and Marine Corps radar systems that are managed by the Radar Systems Division (B40) within the Electromagnetic & Sensor Systems Department (B Department) at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). Successful candidates will provide software engineering, generate and debug assigned software code elements, and participate in requirements development and analysis support, software test and evaluation, and documentation development. These services shall be provided in support of existing, near term, and out-year projects, programs, technology developments, technology insertions, prototyping and technology demonstrations and related acquisition efforts.
Two main work efforts are underway that required immediate help:
Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar (G/ATOR) Training System Development. Desire candidates with skills in / familiarity with: C++, Qt 5, Docker, CORBA, ZeroMQ, Rational Team Concert (RTC) - SCM tool suite, Jenkins, CppCheck / Fortify ( source code analyzers), Agile / Scrum, Test Driven Development, Network Programming - TCP/IP, and Hardware (basic networking skills).
Operator Command & Control (OCC) Development. Desire candidates with skills in / familiarity with: Java, Maven, Swing, Alcka, MiG layout, Eclipse, JUnit, Jacorb, CORBA, JSON, PMD / Checlcstyle, FindBugs / Fortify (source code analyzers), Jenkins - automated build engine, and Rational Team Concert (RTC) - SCM tool suite.
· Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active DoD Secret security clearance.
· Must have documented experience developing programs in C++ and Java.
· Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or another relevant engineering domain.
· Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
