Instrumentation Service Processor

Position Summary

Position is focused on managing invoicing and the coordination of purchase orders, for the Epredia U.S. Service Organization. The role is directly involved with our Field Service teams in accurately reporting labor, travel and spare parts used on service repairs. In addition, this role actively looks for new opportunities by leveraging our large portfolio as an opportunity for both the customer and Epredia. Position includes full use of JDE (ERP) Service Module for documentation and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all aspects of the Service billing process to include; Service Work Orders, Part Usage, Labor, Travel, and Pricing according to current market conditions
  • Monitors the arrival of purchase orders and other forms of payment; to the closing of work orders and monthly revenue recognition.
  • Various month end reporting responsibilities, which assist in the closing process and includes various reporting and analysis
  • Fosters and grows positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer satisfaction. This individual is customer-focused and keeps the customer as the priority
  • Drives improvement through service offerings and untapped markets
  • Monitors competitive activity and trends within the territory; fosters competitive solutions to meet assigned sales goals / quotas
  • Perform other duties as required

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards) strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) strongly preferred
  • Exhibit clear verbal and written communication; excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities required
  • Highly motivated and demonstrated enthusiasm
  • Self starter, attention to detail, team player
  • Proficiency in billing, invoicing, or related highly preferred
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Has the ability to learn, grow, develop and assume increasing responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Customer Service, Call Center, or Sales Experience highly preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards) strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) strongly preferred

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria

  • 1-2 years of Billing, Invoicing, or related experience in any industry highly preferred
  • Self-starter, attention to detail, team player
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
