Alee Behavioral is currently hiring Treatment Coordinators. Paid Training, and RBT classes offered to interested employees.

Hours are flex M-F 8am-7pm. The coordinator is required to have a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience working with children with disabilities. Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
The Treatment Coordinator must possess the following skills and abilities/pre-requisites:
Coordinate home, clinic and school services for children with developmental disabilities and Mental Health diagnosis
Assigning appropriate staff to work with the client
Provide ongoing case management and quality check-ins with clients/parents/schools to insure services are being provided at the highest quality
Provide ongoing guidance to direct care staff
Assist with filling in sessions as needed
Assist with making materials, completing FA’s and FBA’s
Work with families, team members, agency personnel and other service coordinators to initiate, coordinate, and facilitate smooth, positive transitions when individuals enter the program.
Attend team meetings for clients
Work in partnership with team members, families, individuals and other staff to establish positive rapport and trusting relationships through on-going verbal and written communication.
Utilize effective problem solving skills, clear communication and appropriate interpersonal interactions to build and maintain positive, professional working relationships with peers and supervisors; act as a model/mentor for others in demonstrating professional ethics, standards and practices.
Work with Program Supervisor to develop and implement an annual plan for professional growth which will ensure competence and promote on-going skill and knowledge development.
Provide support in crisis situations, consistently implementing predetermined behavioral strategies
Effective organizational skills including the ability to: multitask, prioritize tasks, and communicate well with other staff.
Must practice confidentiality and maintain a high standard of ethics
Must have access to reliable transportation
Submit administrative materials in a timely manner
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Work well with teams (staff, families, and clinical consultants)
Maintain a positive attitude and show enthusiasm at work every day
Most importantly, we seek compassionate, dedicated individuals who love working with children and making a difference. Compensation is commensurate with credentials and experience. Supervision provided for those in a Masters program for ABA.
