Job Description

As a private armed Security Officer, you will help provide our clients with a sense of protection and offer a safe environment. The following position will be at a school setting.

Responsibilities

* Provide a visible deterrent for property crimes and crime against clients and its employees, students, and guests, including without limitation criminal mischief, graffiti, larceny, burglary, criminal tampering, trespass and criminal trespass, vandalism and other hazardous, criminal or unauthorized activities.

* allow only authorized persons to access the building and parking structures on the property

*monitor and investigate all internal alarm systems(fire, theft, etc) on the property

*monitor and secure entrances and exits to the property

*Conduct security patrols in accordance with the routes and schedules established in the Post Orders to detect and prevent criminal or unauthorized activity

*Responds to reports of fires, bomb threats, and any other emergency situation impacting the property

*Maintain an activity log (electronic or paper) in accordance with Contractor's requirements

*alert the proper law enforcement authorities of all incidents in accordance with site policy
