As a Senior Global Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to focus on positioning and marketing a distinctive new offering in the tech talent marketplace that will positively affect the lives of a global workforce while driving strong growth for the business.

Key purpose of the role:

This newly created role is responsible for developing and successfully executing the marketing plan for a new line of business within the company. The new talent sourcing solution helps enterprises fill their digital skills gaps with remote technical talent from our 11 hubs located around the world.

Working closely with agency partners and the internal marketing team, you will be responsible for bringing a new product to market and have a direct impact on the growth of the business.

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related experience

  • Creative, passionate mindset with drive to foster innovation in marketing and communications.

  • Strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and ecosystem. Experience in marketing automation and business analytics tools and metrics to measure ROI and drive success.

  • Experience managing online marketing programs across B2B environments, including events, internal communications, social media, email marketing, etc.

  • Proven record of developing compelling, data-driven storytelling with a customer focus.

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing geographically distributed stakeholders.

  • 5+ years' product marketing experience including launching new products.

  • Experience with Dynamics CRM, HubSpot and Contentful preferred

  • Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and oral.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategy including messaging, content development and sales enablement materials.

  • Create, execute, and manage campaigns designed to generate leads and pipeline for new talent sourcing solution.

  • Lead project planning for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email and digital marketing strategy, paid media, events, and sales enablement.

  • Utilize targeting, customer segmentation, and buyer's journey to architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs.

  • Coordinate internal reviews of content and materials, ensuring all feedback is incorporated and materials are finalized and delivered on time

  • Monitor and evaluate the competitive environment and trends to ensure plans and activity are relevant to the market and the needs of the business

  • Measure and report on impact of marketing campaigns and social media
