Identify new business opportunities in our core energy and commodities sector, build strategic partnerships, and generate revenue to meet your quota targets
Build deep relationships with prospective and current clients by doing the necessary diligence to understand their business models, needs, and strategies.
Determine opportunities through evaluation of clients' requirements and development of a concise understanding of clients' decision-making processes and criteria.
Use a consultative sales approach to develop account plans and identify specific needs for each bank.
Maintain CRM for opportunity management, reporting and forecasting.
Be an ambassador of us, constantly improving your knowledge of our offering and sharpening knowledge of best risk management practices
Travel is required.
Experience, Knowledge & Skill Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales experience representing enterprise software, SaaS or Energy Tech, FinTech solutions. Experience working within the Energy and Commodities Market preferred.
Able to craft a captivating narrative - both written and in discussion, avid storyteller
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding quota and pipeline generation targets
Proven record of building and managing a sales pipeline.
Proven record of matching customers' needs with solutions.
Proven ability to understand and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
Deep product and industry knowledge including market trends and competitive intelligence.
Team player, responsive, reliable and results oriented.
Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally.
Position is based in the Greater Boston or Houston areas (hybrid). Travel required.
