Alcyone Inc. is searching for a full-time Sr-Level Acquisition Analyst who will provide ongoing acquisition and administrative support. Must have current DOD ISSUED SECRET CLEARANCE. PUBLIC TRUST IS NOT A REASONABLE SUBSTITUTE.

Job duties:
- Assist in the preparation, update, and maintenance of acquisition program and procurement documentation in accordance with DoD 5000 series and related policy documents.
- Assist and support all aspects of the ACAT program milestone review and approval process including required documentation.
- Apply DoD Acquisition and Life-cycle Management processes and procedures as required by the Defense Acquisition Management Framework.
- Develop and update program documents required by the Defense Acquisition System.
- Develop/review reports and extract data from databases to develop and generate information and summary data to support such activities as engineering and technical evaluations.
- Have knowledge of contract administration including contract types and Navy contracts.
- Prepare formal Program Management Office (PMO) briefings and status reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Understand and analyze the details of Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR) to measure program goals and identify program issues.
- Conduct research, review, and analysis of acquisition, technical, financial, and management-related items.
Note: May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
- Bachelor's Degree is required with a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in DoD acquisition providing analysis and support to defense research and development programs.
- Knowledge of DoD and NAVSEA 5000 series Program Acquisition Instructions.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional customer service, and organization skills and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
