CDL A DRIVER - Home every night!

Job Description - Professional Truck Driver:

Alcom LLC is an aluminum trailer manufacturer located in Hartford, WI. Drivers will transport trailers and parts throughout Wisconsin and surrounding states. Drivers will primarily travel within 300 +/- miles of the plant and be home each night. Trucks are company trucks and will not carry other products.

Drivers must report to work on time, check the weekly/daily schedule, load & deliver our products SAFELY and submit their driver logs and vehicle inspection reports accurately and in a timely manner. Drivers will operate quality equipment and should take pride in helping management ensure both our tractors and trailers are maintained to the highest possible safety standards.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations

Must have a valid CDL-A license with no current suspensions/revocations.

Must have a good driving record with zero OUI/DUI convictions.

Possess at least two (2) years of verifiable CDL-A experience.

Legally authorized to work within the United States.

Ability to climb on service equipment in a safe manner.

Ability to lift and carry objects weighing a minimum of 50 pounds.

Ability to follow instructions and work with minimum direct supervision.

Ability to properly maintain driver's logs and vehicle inspection reports.

Ability to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate.

Ability to read, write and speak the English language that enables effective communication.

Available to work some weekends when needed.
