Trust & Estates Attorney – Naples, FL
Amlaw 200 law firm seeks a highly-qualified attorney with more than 5 years of experience to join the dynamic Trust & Estates Group. This position will have direct client management responsibilities with a clear pathway to partnership. The ideal candidate should have considerable experience planning and drafting for clients with taxable estates, including the transfer of multi-generational wealth through the use of GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs and IDGTs and other complex estate planning instruments. The ideal candidate should also have experience with post-mortem administration, tax return preparation and/or review of Forms 706, 709 and 1041.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate
