A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Customers first come into contact with our company through you, our friendly Customer Service Rep. You spend your workday in the office taking inbound phone calls, making outbound calls, confirming appointments, creating new customer files, and editing existing customer files. Whether over the phone or in person, you help each customer feel appreciated and listened to. Additionally, you keep the office neat and organized as you complete whatever tasks are necessary to the success of the company. You find great fulfillment in your work because of the task variety and opportunities to serve others.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP QUALIFICATIONS
- Geographical knowledge of sales area or ability to read a map
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of related customer service experience
