Job Responsibilities
- Report First Notice of Loss Claims
- Manage Outbound Calls in a Timely Manner
- Meet Team/Personal Qualitative and Quantitative Targets
Report claims in a secured call center environment by making outbound calls continuously throughout scheduled shift. Ask all required questions, obtains claim information from the adverse carrier and provides the claim information for the insured. Responsible for creating an invoice to excel spreadsheet. Completes call template to reflect successful or unsuccessful reporting of each claim, which is then submitted to the claim file. Provides thorough claim documentation for each claim.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- High School Degree
