Title: Project Manager IV
Looking for a Field Marketing Manager for the world’s leading internet services’ company, to lead retail industry demand gen marketing and event planning/execution for Cloud programs and events targeted to CxOs and IT decision makers. You'll be responsible for driving awareness, new business acquisition and customer development strategies and programs across Retail. You will manage the strategy and execution across a wide array of programs; including integrated campaigns, account-based-marketing, email marketing, digital events, and third-party sponsorships.
If you have 5+ years of business technology experience, especially in demand gen and field marketing, with special expertise in project and event management, partnering with sales teams, and communication, please apply!
· Define the Retail marketing strategy and programs, working cross functionally with global and regional marketing while representing the voice of the customer in the process.
· Work with industry marketing and sales to understand customer needs and develop marketing programs customized for Retail and relevant subsegments.
· Own acquisition, demand generation, and executive engagement strategy.
· Enable Retail partners to scale coverage.
· Use data and industry best practices to formulate in-depth analysis, insights and interpretation to optimize Retail marketing strategy.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of B2B technology marketing, industry marketing or other relevant marketing experience.
5-10 years of relevant Field or Retail experience.
Experience building and leading marketing strategy and managing highly leveraged, measurable marketing initiatives in a matrixed, fast paced environment.
Knowledge of cloud and technology vendors; familiarity of enterprise software technology across the entire stack and a desire to learn new technologies.
Experience collaborating with cross functional teammates to develop compelling, high-impact campaigns and programs across multiple channels to successfully engage target accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for Sales.
Extensive experience managing budgets, working with sales teams and creative/production agencies.
Exceptional project management skills and experience, including managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, vendors, and cross functional projects. Independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and influencing skills in both business and technical situations. Experience in campaign tracking and reporting systems, e.g. Salesforce.com.
