Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: San Francisco, CA – Los Angeles, CA – Playa Vista, CA

Projected Duration: 12 Months

Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00/ HR W2

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide phone and email support to resolve user problems
• Helping customers work systematically through technical problems and help customers understand the features and benefits of the influencer product
• Follow pre-defined (as trained) support procedures and policies
• Work in a fast-changing, fast-paced workplace
• Work with the team to solve difficult customer issues
• Effectively and Judiciously escalate issues with clear communication

Skills & Experience:
• 1 year of customer support experience with the ability to work flexible hours
• Enthusiastic consumer digital technology/media user -- prefer personal use of YouTube products
•• The technical knowledge to successfully troubleshoot with first call resolution where possible or to know when to escalate to another member of the team.
• Ability to resolve billing and payment queries
• Have a strong desire to learn and provide a high level of customer service
• Are driven to master the products they're supporting/offering.
• Are comfortable communicating non-technical solutions to technically complex matters.

Mandatory Skills: Customer support, Live chat support experience, Strong written communication skills

Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree
