Clients engineering education team is looking for an exceptional Program Coordinator who is an expert in training programs delivery. Strong candidates will be enthusiastic, dedicated, and focused on strategic development and delivery of EngEDU's learning and development programs. The candidate must have experience executing projects and will be a highly motivated professional with demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
Additionally, the candidate must be able to grow positive working relationships with partners and colleagues. The candidate must be flexible and possess outstanding intuition and decision-making skills. The candidate should be extremely proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a high-level of "scrappiness"(i.e., be a self-starter and get the job done).
Lastly, the candidate will be dedicated and focused on providing top-quality support for the coordination and seamless delivery of training programs. In this role, they will develop positive working relationships with engineers and ensure that they are getting the training that they need to be productive
Manage program timelines and coordination flawlessly
Interface with other departments as necessary to push programs forward, maintain relationships, and leverage cross-functional work
Manage communications for specific program launches
Manage program coordination balancing different timelines, priorities, and intra-team relationships
Manage scheduling, coordination, and communication of training classes and events in multiple office locations, including:
Book rooms (post-COVID)
Schedule and communicate with facilitators to ensure that everything is ready upon execution
Be the point person to address questions from students and facilitators via email aliases
Be available to answer urgent questions during the week from facilitators/students via email, ping, and in-person
Work closely with team to accommodate changes in scheduling or facilitator needs
Be flexible and find innovative ways to problem solve as needed
Develop and maintain a positive relationships with a large team of volunteer facilitators
Evaluate data to make decisions and recommendations to further improve the program
Escalate issues to more senior program managers and the team as needed
BS/BA degree or equivalent Project coordination experience (2 years minimum) Experience executing on coordination of different programs
Strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal skills Ability to manage various projects Ability to prioritize tasks and projects with little guidance Ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders Ability to work well with others globally and support different time zones in a timely manner Can-do attitude Willingness to pitch in High proficiency with Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Gmail Prior experience working with engineers and/or coordinating trainings for a technical audience
