Job Description

Moma Title: Planning Data Analyst

Project Overview:

Client is looking for a temporary analyst to take over and manage all data transaction & entry in our SAP & planning tools. This person will also help automate current planning tools where necessary.

Overall Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing data and reporting for Client planning.

Top Daily Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage & maintain POs in SAP.
  • Create, manage & maintain STO’s in SAP.
  • Analyze & manage data sources & inputs.
  • Resolve data discrepancies.
  • Manage all transactions in SAP.
  • Drive cross-functional resolution for ad hoc inventory or PO issues.
  • Own vendor communication regarding PO’s.
  • Analyze, reconcile and update weekly reporting.
  • Data validation of Tableau Dashboards and other reports and resolve discrepancies by working with relevant teams.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility 
  • 1 year plus experience in Supply, Demand or Inventory planning (preferably in consumer electronics).


Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for role:

  • Analytical skills-Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Excel proficiency.
  • Experience completing data validation of Tableau Dashboards and other reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • Program management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, with strong attention to detail and well organized to complete workload in a timely and effective manner.


Specific Tools or Applications experience:

  • SAP and Advance Excel.


Desired Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast, placed consumer electronics planning organization
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills on ambiguous problems.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
