RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Part Time Administrative Support
  • Answer phones, maintain group email lists, respond to emails.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements needed for meeting venues.
  • Track deadlines, manage electronic files, format documents, and filing.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics by ensuring proper equipment is in place.
  • Dictation of meeting notes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Expert level experience in Word & Excel and knowledge of other Microsoft Office Products.
  • Website design and maintenance experience.
  • 4+ years of experience providing administrative support with meeting coordination.
