Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform general accounting functions
  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliation processing
  • Prepare various reports and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with the assistant controller
  • Handle all accounts payable activities
  • Accounts receivable
  • Manage cash receipts and oversee reimbursements
  • Assist with payroll
  • Process weekly payroll
  • Utilize ADP
  • Prepare payroll reports
  • Assist with purchasing tasks
  • Process purchase orders
  • Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate’s degree required
  • Ideal AP Clerk will have minimum 2 years of experience
  • Familiarity with manufacturing industry
  • Experience with payroll
  • Ability to prepare purchase reports and process orders
  • Willing to take a drug screen and background check
