Sr. Customer Service Rep

Our client is looking to add an ambitious Sr.Customer Service Rep to their team!!!!
- Supervise and lead a small team of customer service reps
- Guide and process customer orders in a fast-paced environment
- Help customers navigate company website and place orders online
- Submit quotes for large quantity orders and custom items
- Maintaining composure in escalated situations
- Handling multiple responsibilities at one time
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Troubleshooting and solving problems
- Provide training to staff when required and assures work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience using EDI
- Strong Excel skills including proficiency with pivot tables, v-lookups and macros
- Leadership experience required
- Thrive in a fast paced environment with coaching support.
