  • Greeting customers, answering phones, and following up on leads
  • Arranging travel, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence
  • Ensure that all forms and documents for real estate transactions are completed
  • Create/edit marketing materials such as flyers, corporate leasing proposals, case studies, qualifications booklets, email blasts, invitations, announcements, presentation boards, aerials, and so on (using corporate standard templates)
  • Help with design, production, and animation of client presentations by applying multiple forms of graphics
  • Enter expense reports into Workday
  • Maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems
  • Creating listing materials and advertising real estate listings
  • Maintaining a client database and preparing reports
  • As needed, performs other administrative duties
  • Qualifications:

  •  1-3 years administrative assistance experience
  •  Extensive customer service experience
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized; able to multitask and process high-volume transactions
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Must be fully vaccinated             
  • Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent time management
  • Experience:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Administration
  • Tech savvy and quick learner
  • Office experience
  • Data Entry
  • CRM experience
  • Some marketing experience – knowing how to create or edit materials
  • Compensation:

  • $18-$20 an hour depending on experience
  • $60,000 annual salary if it went permanent
  • Employment Type:

  • This is a contract to hire position
  • Work Hours:

  • 40 hours/week
  • 8:30 am-5:30 pm
