Sales Support Representative

Ajilon is partnering with a healthcare company in Seattle, WA for a group of sales Support Representatives. In this position you will provide support to the internal sales team by assisting new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients regarding benefits, eligibility, and related inquiries
  • Document customer inquiries and actions on tracking system
  • Quickly and accurately assess inquiries in order to understand the customers’ needs
  • Review documentation or correspondence for completeness
  • Explain benefits, rules of eligibility, and grievance/appeal procedures to internal and external customers, to ensure understanding
  • Maintain files/records of constantly changing customer information

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Excellent Customer Service skills

Employment Type:

  • Temporary (5 months)

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 8-5

Pay:

  • $17-$19
