Remote Call Center Representative

Ajilon is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative for one of our clients, a Consumer Products company. This person must have call center experience and can work remotely anywhere, nationwide, in any timezone. This person will be part of a remote team of 50 and handle inbound calls in regards to shipping issues, product questions and billing support. This position will have a regimented full time, paid training period and when employees are working they'll have a 8:30am - 5:30pm workday in their timezone.

Responsibilities:

  • Field up to 50 inbound customer service calls per day
  • Provide reasonable solutions to customer issues and complaints
  • Log notes for clients/customers into CRM System
  • Provide product information and answer inquiries
  • Requirements:

  • This person must have experience fielding high volume inbound calls
  • If a candidate has worked remotely in the past that is a PLUS
  • Should have experience working with upset customers and providing solutions in the past
  •
