Job Description

Receptionist Administrative Assistant

Ajilon is currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in the Baltimore area. This position is looking to start ASAP and fully in office. The ideal candidate will have some office experience or administrative experience.

This position will provide front desk coverage and handle admin support duties within the office.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Location: Baltimore area


  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
  • Greet all visitors
  • Admin support- typing, filing, emails, organizing
  • Process office mail
  • Order and stock all kitchen supplies
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Coordinate office equipment such as printers and copiers
  • Skills:

  • Detail oriented
  • Computer skills
  • Word and Excel proficient
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Professional interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills
