REMOTE - Total Customer Experience Analyst
Ajilon is looking to hire an Total Customer Experience Analyst to be REMOTE until restrictions lifted, then in the Fremont, CA office but will look outside of CA as well. This contract requires an individual who can reach far beyond with great analytical capabilities, interpersonal skills, and an excellent detail-oriented mentality. - Assists in project-by-project improvement
- Prepares and supports dashboard reports containing VOC and operational metrics that are relevant to specific customer types
- Turns data into information to drive action
- Deep understanding of common CX metrics and systems (NPS, CES, etc.)
- Ensures stakeholders understand how to interpret and apply Voice of Customer (VOC) data
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years experience in Customer Experience, Voice of Customer
- Qualtrics or Medallia Exp Preferred
- Effective Communication
- Able to hit the ground running
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
