Professional Services Coordinator

Ajilon has an opening for a professional individual who has previously handled client retention in a medical industry environment. 2-3 Years of Pharmaceutical experience is required. This individual must have high attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a great contract opportunity located in the Mercer County, NJ area. It will provide you will skills you will be able to use in other positions

Requirements:

  • Review, update and prepare standard response letters
  • Record all information requests and product complaints and upload source documents in the electronic database
  • Must be responsible for handling Professional Services E-mail line
  • Serve as the primary person covering the 800-telephone line and Professional Services e-mail box
  • Perform ad hoc literature searches in response to customer queries, evaluate information and respond to customers
  • Participate in New Contract trainings
  • Must have the ability to adapt to different work environments

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the Pharma Industry
  • Ability to make a high volume of calls to clients
  • Must have experience in the Medical Field
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Must be computer literate
