Part-Time Administrative Assistant Job in Carlsbad, CA

Ajilon is working with a marketing company located in Carlsbad, and they are looking for an administrative assistant to join the team on a part-time basis! This company offers a tight-knit team environment and prides themselves on their positive work culture. This is a temporary to direct hire opportunity, and the pay will be $17-$18 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring client and vendor communication via email
- Answering incoming calls as needed and assisting with questions and inquiries
- Managing internal database of clients and updating accordingly
- Maintaining office organization and cleanliness
- Tracking office inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Creating social media content and managing posts
- Assisting management with special projects
- Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- At least two years of administrative experience
- Willingness to take on additional tasks
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
