Outbound Customer Service Representative
Ajilon is recruiting for an Outbound Customer Service role for a reputable banking organization. You may have the experience that our client is looking for if you possess a service-minded attitude, desire to grow within the banking industry and 1+ years of customer service experience. This position offers competitive pay and requires flexible scheduling. This is a temporary role with the intention of converting to a permanent position.
- Manage high call volume outbound calls to existing client base
- Professionally respond to client inquiries
- Research and provide resolution to tier I issues
- Insure that clients feel comfortable with solutions
- Perform data entry to document outcome of call
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- 1+ years' customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Ability to manage complex problems in a professional manner
- Positive attitude
