Job Description
Ajilon Healthcare is seeking an Operations Support Project Coordinator for a healthcare company's coorporate office here in Knoxville, TN. This position lasts through the end of 2021, possibly longer. This is REMOTE! Do you have experience running a team, delegating direction, and being one step ahead of a project?   • Coordinate activities, equipement and information
  • Speak with clients to identify project requirements
  • Prepare project proposals, schedule and timeframe
  • Monitor and report on the progress to stakeholders
  • Project documentaion management
  • Track project progress
  • Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Project Coordinating experience
  • Masters in Business Administration preferred
  • Hands on experience with budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
  • Experience working with senior level mangement
  • Great communication skills
  • Organization skills
  • Detail oriented
  • In-depth knowledge of project management and team management
  • Pay: $35-45/hr

    Hours: M-F 8-5 (remote)

    Assignment length: through end of 2021, possibly longer if contract extended for the project
