Ajilon is currently seeking a full-time Office Manager for one of the top design firms in the country. This position involves offering every day support to all departments, maintaining the office space, and assisting with special projects. Interested in this position? Apply today!

Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day operations, such as office maintenance
  • Coordinates calendar daily and schedules meeting, appointments, conferences, and other activities, including related logistics
  • Offers support to each department for programs, administration, HR and communications
  • Serves as a liaison for the company with building management and vendors
  • Assists with special projects, working closely with HR, IT, and Staffing
  • Finances expense management and responsibilities, which includes handling expense reports
  • Will be involved in a major move in the spring

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of Office Management/Operations experience
  • Office move experience would be ideal
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience working with high level executives and administrative responsibilities

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Blue Beam, Deltek Vision, Newforma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Affinity
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with little supervision
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Must be proactive and solutions-oriented, with a positive attitude
  • Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

  • $85,000 USD
