Job Description

Ajilon is looking to hire a positive, punctual Office Manager for an innovative client. If this is of interest to you, please read below:


  • Plan, develop, organize implement, evaluate and direct office policies/procedures
  • Organize and coordinate processes/procedures with other departments
  • Address Administrative needs with department supervisors
  • File and uphold personal files and records
  • Conduct written/oral reports and administer fingerprint clearances, transfers, and exemptions
  • Skills:

  • Organizer, Collaborator and Facilitator
  • Adjusts to environmental needs and problem solves
  • Multitasks by taking care of departments and projects
  • Education and Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge with managing systems
  • Two years’ experience in payroll
  • Pay: $26-28
