Your responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain meeting room calendars
- Produce and distribute correspondence to keep all internal parties on the informed of current events, reports and status of projects
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide exemplary service to clients and visitors
Qualifications for this role:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative support experience
- Positive attitude with willingness to go above and beyond to support the team and clients
- Adept multi-tasking skills
- Project coordination experience is highly preferred
