- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and voicemails
- Assist clients and answer questions regarding payments and information changes
- Address client complaints and or issues, escalate as needed to the appropriate department
- Provide timely feedback to the organization regarding any open tickets or concerns
- Perform other tasks and functions as assigned to provide support to other team members and internal departments
- Experience working within a customer service or call center environment preferred
- High school diploma
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
