Medical Customer Service Representative

Ajilon is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join a medical benefits solution company located in Renton. Responsibilities

  • Process FSA claims in relation to customer FSA contributions and adjudicate claims in relation to customer request
  • Process at least 75 claims per 8-hour shift
  • Communication via telephone
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding the status of accounts and reimbursement requests
  • Handle incoming calls

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1+ years of Customer service or administrative experience
  • Ability to handle incoming calls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay:

$15 an hour
