Looking for a new opportunity in HR and Recruiting? Ajilon is partnering with a local manufacturing facility in West Chester, OH who is hiring for such role. 

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team, assisting field location hiring managers with
advertising/ATS/recruiting support, as well as ensuring a smooth hiring process the whole way through!

  • Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and prepare reports using HRIS and ADP.
  • Maintain HRIS data within ADP and ensure all files are complete and organized.
  • Assist with New Employee Orientation preparation and facilitation.
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication.
  • Administer, coordinate, participate and/or assist with projects and activities.
  • Greets HR visitors and callers with warmth and enthusiasm, directing them as necessary and/or dispersing information to appropriate personnel.
  • Types and proofreads department reports, filings with governmental agencies, etc. May assist in the compiling of data for department reports.
  • Exhibit strong judgment, sound decision-making, and the ability to set or adjust priorities as the business environment demands.
  • Demonstrated experience in HRIS data entry and reporting. HR Administrative Assistant/Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Education and/or Experience

  • Knowledge in Application Tracking Systems REQUIRED.
  • Paycor HRIS Preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous recruitment experience required, including sourcing & screening candidates
  • High-volume, full cycle experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills; Positive and friendly demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Supportive and helpful attitude.
  • Sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm 

    Salary: $65K to $75K annually
