Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Ajilon is currently seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with 2 years’ or more of experience for a full-time position in Sacramento, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service and data entry skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to questions from callers as they relate to health services and the health programs provided.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Handling patient inquiries
- Obtain needed customer information like medical history and insurance information and make sure it is processed properly
- Previous customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Knowledge NextGen or other EHR software
