Ajilon is partnering with a renowned healthcare company to fill a Call Center Representative position for their call center in Kearny Mesa, CA. In this role, you will be answering a high volume of inbound calls, transferring calls to the appropriate nurse or faculty member, conducting outbound follow up calls, and accurately entering data into the database. Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting patients and physician with questions and inquiries
- Transferring calls to appropriate nurse or faculty member when necessary
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up with patients and physicians
- Accurately entering large amounts of data and producing reports
- Assisting with clerical tasks through-out office as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of customer service experience
- Call center and healthcare experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Passion for customer service
Compensation: $16 hourly
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Flex shifts ranging from: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
