Financial Call Center Representative

Ajilon is supporting a client of ours in Auburn Hills, MI.  The Financial Call Center Representative assist customers with their general account inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service by handling inbound and limited outbound calls
  • Complete account requests such as balance inquiries, reviewing transaction history, check orders, disputing electronic payments
  • Assist customers with basic web banking functions, such as unlocking and resetting passwords
  • Understand client’s core products and services with the ability to recognize an opportunity to deepen the relationship and achieve monthly sales goals
  • Meet or exceed individual productivity and quality assurance objectives
  • Handle a high call volume of in-bound calls
  • High volume of data entry
  • Able to effectively collaborate within and across teams and departments
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
  • 2 years of Banking, Financial sales or Call Center experience
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Specifics:

  • $15-17hr. dependent on depth of experience, ability to get promotions and earn more
  • Flexible schedules
  • 7 days a week, must be able to work what would be considered 2 weekend shifts (weekend is considered Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
  • Hours are 8:00am-11:00pm
  • Long-term Contract position, benefits available thru Ajilon after 30 days.
